Acceptable Use Policy

ℹ️ Dual jurisdiction: Kısa Digital operates through two separate legal entities. Kisa Digital LTD (UK) is the contracting party for customers outside Türkiye; Serkan Kısa (Sole Proprietor) is the contracting party for customers resident in Türkiye. The customer is deemed to accept the section corresponding to the entity that processes their payment.

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how Kısa Digital services and site may NOT be used. It applies together with the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • Producing or distributing content that breaches law, public order or accepted morals
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks or other IP rights
  • Processing or distributing third-party personal data without authorisation
  • Defamation, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, extortion
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terror propaganda, incitement to violence
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, automated registration/bot traffic
  • Distributing malware, viruses, exploits; unauthorised vulnerability scanning
  • Reverse engineering the service, unauthorised access attempts, bypassing rate limits
  • Money laundering, fraud, card testing (carding), fake orders
  • DDoS, brute-force, or similar attacks against the site
  • Artificial traffic, fake clicks, black-hat / prohibited SEO methods

3. Service Abuse

  • Using the balance top-up flow for card laundering
  • Operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions/incentives
  • Charge-back abuse (initiating a charge-back after legitimate service)
  • Providing misleading information to support

4. Content Standard

You must own all rights to content you upload or ask us to publish on your behalf. Liability for unauthorised content is yours.

5. Enforcement

  • Warning
  • Temporary suspension of service/access
  • Permanent account closure
  • Forfeiture of fees already collected
  • Reporting to authorities and legal action

A. UK / Non-Türkiye Users

Breaches may be reported under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, Data Protection Act 2018, Online Safety Act 2023 and related authorities (e.g. NCA, ICO).

B. Users Resident in Türkiye

Breaches may be reported under Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, Internet Law No. 5651, KVKK No. 6698 and relevant authorities.
