Membership Agreement

ℹ️ Dual jurisdiction: Kısa Digital operates through two separate legal entities. Kisa Digital LTD (UK) is the contracting party for customers outside Türkiye; Serkan Kısa (Sole Proprietor) is the contracting party for customers resident in Türkiye. The customer is deemed to accept the section corresponding to the entity that processes their payment.

1. Definitions

Site: kisadigital.com
Member: A natural or legal person who creates an account
Account: Member's credentials, order history, and balance

2. Eligibility

Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
Provide accurate, current, complete information
Safeguard the password chosen for the account
Operate only one account per person (unless authorised otherwise)

3. Membership Scope

Purchase services/products
Order tracking and invoice access
Wallet top-ups and pay-from-balance
Open support tickets
Manage notifications

4. Member Obligations

Keep credentials confidential
Report suspicious access promptly
Comply with Acceptable Use Policy
Provide correct tax/VAT/national ID details for invoicing

5. Wallet (Balance) System

Members may top up their on-site balance and pay orders from it. All top-ups are final and non-refundable per Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Suspension and Termination

Kısa Digital may suspend or terminate an account in cases of:

Breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Detection of false/misleading information
Suspected fraud or abuse
Authority requests

You may request deletion of your account at any time; data subject to legal retention is kept for the periods set out in Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded to support tickets or forms remains owned by you; you grant a non-exclusive licence to process it for service delivery.

8. Notices

Account, order, payment, and security notices are sent to the registered email address; keeping it up to date is the member's responsibility.

A. Members Outside Türkiye

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Disputes: courts of England and Wales.

B. Members Resident in Türkiye

Governed by the Turkish Code of Obligations and Consumer Protection Law. Disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committee and Istanbul (Consumer) Courts.

9. Effective Date

Takes effect when registration is completed.
