Digital marketing, web design, SEO, content production, Google Ads consultancy, backlink packages and similar digital services as described on the product page.

3. Total Price (Incl. Taxes)

Shown on the cart/order page inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Payment may be in TRY, USD, or EUR; the rate and conversion are confirmed at checkout.

5. Delivery

Digital services are delivered electronically within the period stated on the purchase page (e.g. 7-30 days for backlink packages). The period starts when payment clears.

6. Right to Cancel — IMPORTANT

⚠️ No right to cancel (cooling-off). Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Reg. 28(1)(b) and the analogous TR Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1 (c), (d), (ğ), the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply where the service has begun with the customer's express consent, or for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By placing an order you give that express consent and acknowledge loss of the cooling-off right.

7. On-Site Balance (Wallet) Top-Ups

⚠️ Balance top-ups are non-refundable. All top-ups made by bank transfer, credit/debit/prepaid card are final and non-refundable. Details: Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

UK customers: complaints under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; ADR via an approved provider. TR customers: Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts depending on the monetary limit.

9. Customer Confirmation

By ticking "I accept the Sales Contract" and "I have read and accept the Refund Policy" on the purchase page, you electronically confirm you have read and accept this form.

This form is read together with Sales Contract; in case of conflict the provision more protective of the consumer prevails.
