Common Principles — Applicable to All Customers
C.1. Digital Product Nature
Every product and service on the Kısa Digital LTD platform is digital in nature. Under both jurisdictions, statutory exceptions exclude the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed legal basis is in Sections A and B of the Sales Contract.
C.2. Quality and Performance Guarantee
Despite the exclusion of the cooling-off right, both Sellers commit to service quality and offer full or pro-rated refunds in performance-failure scenarios.
C.3. Wallet Top-Ups — Non-Refundable (Both Jurisdictions)
- Bank transfer / EFT
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.)
- Debit card
- Prepaid card
- Digital wallets and other integrated payment providers
C.3.1. A wallet top-up is a one-way transaction; usable only inside the platform.
C.3.2. Refunds for products/services due to performance failure are credited to the on-site balance (even if the original payment was bank transfer).
C.3.3. The balance remains in the Customer's account indefinitely. If the account is deleted, the balance is forfeited.
C.4. Filing a Refund Request

Include: Order number, product/service name, reason, evidence, bank details (for bank/card refunds).
C.5. Refund Process
- Reviewed within 1-3 business days.
- Approved refunds issued within 14 days.
- Same payment method, same currency.
C.6. Pro-Rata Refund Formula
Refund Amount = (Missing Units / Promised Units) × Amount Paid
SECTION A — United Kingdom Refund Policy

A.1. Refundable Situations
- Non-Delivery: Full refund.
- Short Delivery: 130 backlinks promised, 100 delivered → pro-rata refund or completion.
- Excessive Delay: Over 50% delay → full refund.
- Quality Mismatch: DA, content type/quantity mismatch → pro-rata refund.
- Technical Access Failure: Unresolved within 48h → full refund.
- Cancellation Before Service Activation: Full refund.
A.2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Product/service delivered to order specifications.
- Outside-Seller-control reasons (Google algorithm updates, platform rule changes).
- Customer's late provision of required input.
- Subjective reasons (e.g. "I didn't like it").
A.3. Dispute Resolution
Laws of England and Wales apply. Disputes via EU ODR platform, Trading Standards, or small claims (under £10,000) before the competent court.
SECTION B — Türkiye Refund Policy

- Non-Delivery: Full refund.
- Short Delivery: Pro-rata refund or completion.
- Excessive Delay: Over 50% delay → full refund.

- Cancellation Before Service Activation: Full refund.
B.2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Product/service delivered to order specifications.
- Outside-Seller-control reasons.
- Late Customer input.
- Subjective reasons.
B.3. Dispute Resolution
Türkish law applies. Disputes up to the annual Consumer Arbitration Committee threshold are decided by the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Customer's place of residence; larger disputes by the Consumer Court.
