General Provisions
Definitions: "Site" refers to the website at https://kisadigital.com; "Customer" means any natural or legal person who registers on the platform and purchases a product or service; "Seller" means the legal entity defined in Section A or Section B depending on the Customer's country.

SECTION A — United Kingdom Sales Contract
Seller: Kisa Digital LTD (UK) — Governing Law: England and Wales
This section is binding for Customers in the UK and international Customers.
A.1. Subject Matter
This section governs the sale and delivery of digital products and services purchased from Kisa Digital LTD through https://kisadigital.com, concluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 of the United Kingdom.
A.2. Nature of the Products — Entirely Digital
Every product and service on the Kısa Digital LTD platform is digital in nature: licence keys, digital codes, backlink packages, social media management, SEO and Google Ads consulting, corporate web design. The Customer acknowledges that the standard 14-day cooling-off right is excluded by statute under the exceptions in Clause A.6.
A.3. Price and Payment Methods
All prices include applicable VAT. Accepted payment methods:
- On-site balance (pre-loaded)
- Bank transfer / EFT
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.)
- Debit card
- Prepaid card (bank-issued or 3rd-party provider)
- Digital wallets and integrated 3rd-party providers
A.4. Delivery
- Instant delivery: ~1 minute after payment confirmation.
- Manual delivery (backlinks etc.): 1-4 weeks per package.
- Service activation (monthly): within 24 hours of payment.
- Corporate web design: 1-4 weeks after order and payment confirmation. This process may exceed 4 weeks depending on the workload.
A.5. Service Quality
The Seller is obliged to deliver products/services in the quantity, quality and timeframe set out on the order. Quantitative commitments (backlinks, DA distribution, monthly post count) are binding.
A.6. No Right to Cancel (Statutory Exception)
The 14-day cooling-off right does NOT apply to any product on the platform under the following exceptions:
- Reg. 37(1)(a): Digital content the supply of which began with the Customer's express prior consent (licence keys, digital codes, account access).
- Reg. 36: Services fully or partly performed during the cancellation period with express consent (activated monthly subscriptions).
- Reg. 28(1)(b): Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (custom web design, content production, bespoke backlink strategy).
A.7. Right to Refund (Performance Failure)
- A.7.1. Non-delivery → full refund.
- A.7.2. Short delivery (e.g. 100/130 backlinks) → pro-rata refund or completion.
- A.7.3. Delay exceeding 50% → full refund on termination.
- A.7.4. Quality mismatch (DA, content type/quantity) → pro-rata refund.
- A.7.5. Technical access issue unresolved within 48h → full refund.
A.8. Wallet Top-Ups
Top-ups to the on-site balance are non-refundable regardless of the payment method used. They remain usable only inside the platform.
A.9. Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved via informal negotiation, then EU ODR platform, Trading Standards, or competent court (small claims under £10,000).
A.10. UK GDPR
Personal data processed by Kisa Digital LTD as data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
SECTION B — Türkiye Sales Contract
Seller: Serkan Kısa (Sole Proprietorship) — Governing Law: Republic of Türkiye
This section is binding for Customers resident in Türkiye.
B.1. Subject Matter
This section governs the sale and delivery of digital products and services purchased from Serkan Kısa (Sole Proprietorship) through https://kisadigital.com, concluded under Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
B.2. Nature of the Products — Entirely Digital
Every product and service on the Kısa Digital LTD platform is digital. The Customer acknowledges that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the statutory exceptions in Clause B.6.
B.3. Price and Payment Methods
All prices include VAT. Accepted payment methods:
- On-site balance
- Bank transfer / EFT
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.)
- Debit card
- Prepaid card
- Digital wallets and integrated 3rd-party providers
B.4. Delivery
- Instant delivery: ~1 minute after payment confirmation.
- Manual delivery (backlinks etc.): 1-4 weeks per package.
- Service activation (monthly): within 24 hours of payment.
- Corporate web design: 1-4 weeks after order and payment confirmation. This process may exceed 4 weeks depending on the workload.
B.5. Service Quality
The Seller is obliged to meet quantitative commitments (backlinks, DA, content count) stated on the order.
B.6. No Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Exception)
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to any product on the platform due to the following exceptions:
- Art. 15/1-ğ: Services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly (licence keys, digital codes, account access).
- Art. 15/1-c: Services whose performance begins with the consumer's consent (activated monthly subscriptions).
- Art. 15/1-d: Goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs (custom web design, content, bespoke backlink strategy).
B.7. Right to Refund (Performance Failure)
- B.7.1. Non-delivery → full refund.
- B.7.2. Short delivery → pro-rata refund or completion.
- B.7.3. Delay over 50% → full refund.
- B.7.4. Quality mismatch → pro-rata refund.
- B.7.5. Unresolved 48h technical issue → full refund.
B.8. Wallet Top-Ups
Top-ups to the on-site balance are non-refundable regardless of payment method.
B.9. Dispute Resolution
Türkish law applies. Disputes up to the annual Consumer Arbitration Committee threshold are decided by the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Customer's place of residence; larger disputes by the Consumer Court.
B.10. KVKK (Türkish Data Protection)
Personal data processed by Serkan Kısa as data controller under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Entry into Force and Contact
This contract becomes legally binding when the Customer ticks the consent checkbox on the order form. Upon consent, Section A or Section B applies depending on the Customer's country of residence. A copy is delivered to the Customer's account and email.
