ℹ️ Dual jurisdiction: Kısa Digital operates through two separate legal entities. Kisa Digital LTD (UK) is the contracting party for customers outside Türkiye; Serkan Kısa (Sole Proprietor) is the contracting party for customers resident in Türkiye. The customer is deemed to accept the section corresponding to the entity that processes their payment.

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of kisadigital.com. By continuing to use the Site you accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

Site: kisadigital.com and subdomains
User: Any visitor (natural or legal person)
Member: A registered account holder
Services: Digital marketing, web design, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital services

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all actions performed under your account. Report unauthorised access immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content (logo, text, imagery, code) belongs to Kısa Digital or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kısa Digital is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, third-party infrastructure outages (hosting, payment processor, DNS), or user errors. Services are provided "as is"; warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update our services and pricing with prior notice.

A. Users Outside Türkiye — UK Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. For consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and is not affected by these Terms.

B. Users Resident in Türkiye — Turkish Legal Framework

These Terms are subject to the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563. The Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Istanbul Courts & Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. The distinction between merchant and consumer is preserved.
